Plant Manager

The Plant Manager will provide strong leadership for and empowerment of supervisory staff to instill an atmosphere that encourages thoughtful planning, effective communications, and appropriate execution. This position maintains close oversight and provides direction to the plant in the areas of production, processing, packaging, warehousing, shipping, safety, and environmental.

A four year degree and 7-10 years of increasing management experience is desired.

1st & 2nd Shift

The 1st & 2nd shift is responsible for working on assembly line, boxing product, stacking boxes on pallets, wrapping pallets, cleaning and sanitizing of production area and equipment. Employees will also be trained to perform various duties as needed for production and/or sanitation.

Positions will require applicants to be in good physical condition, able to lift 50-70 pounds, have the ability to work with hands, walk, bend, and stand for periods of time.

These positions are 5 days/week, limited weekends, 8-10 hr/day, non-benefits eligible. Team members can earn PTO (Paid Time Off), ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Shares, and 9 paid holidays. Starting wage is $10.00/hr.

On-Call Production Team Members

Team players with positive attitudes for On-Call Production needs wanted!
Responsibilities will include work on assembly line, operation of industrial dishwasher, stocking line with raw materials, inspecting for product quality, stacking product on pallets, and wrapping pallets. Employees will be trained to fill various positions as needed.

This work is seasonal/part-time as there is no structured schedule or guaranteed number of work hours. However, if you are looking for more steady work, we look to this group first when hiring for full-time employment. Starting wage for this position is $10.00/hr plus benefits of PTO (paid time off) and 9 paid holidays.
